CNN International Reporting
Overall, I look back at my time at CNN as a positive
experience, although it wasn't easy. The
combination of difficult hours, difficult managers and
below market wages left a lot to be desired. One
of the highlights, though, came from my on air work.
I was among a select group at CNN International who was
approved to voice packages. In most cases I was
assigned to both write and voice the stories, however
there would be times when I would be called in to just
be "talent." In almost five years at CNN, I must
have recorded hundreds of stories. I've collected
a few here that represent a small sample of that work.
