May 11, 2004: Nick, Joanna, JP and I spent many an evening
during our stay in Beijing exploring the city's different
culinary options. On this evening, we stopped one of
Nick's old favorite Uighur restaurants where we dined on
various curries and enjoyed an after dinner water pipe.
