August 27, 2004: The park though is quite
lovely even if it rarely gets used for anything even
resembling political activity. I visited on a Saturday
afternoon at 1pm and there was not a single person there to
exercise their right to speak in the park. Maybe it was
that day or maybe people just don't care enough after all
these years?
